Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or purchasing any product on trainity.io ("Trainity", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Trainity is an online education platform. We provide video courses, downloadable templates and prompt libraries related to AI-powered content creation. Subscription plans may include promotional allowances redeemable on a partner practice platform; those allowances are a complimentary bonus and are not the principal product being sold.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD through Mollie. Your card is automatically charged on each renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; after cancellation you keep access to your courses and any unused promotional credits until the end of the current billing period. Standalone courses are one-time purchases granting lifetime access to the specified course.

5. Refunds

No partial or prorated refunds are granted for canceled subscriptions. Standalone courses are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by applicable consumer law. Refund requests should be sent to support@trainity.io.

6. License and intellectual property

All course content, templates and materials are licensed to you for personal use only, for as long as your subscription is active or, for standalone courses, for the lifetime of the course. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share or republish any material.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it by any method other than the interface we provide, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific educational or business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or a notice on the service at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
