Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- You keep full access to your courses and any unused promotional credits until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after the current period.
- No prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period.
Standalone courses
Standalone courses are one-time purchases with immediate, lifetime access. Because the content is delivered immediately upon purchase, standalone courses are non-refundable, unless required by applicable consumer law.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, were double-billed, or experienced a technical issue, contact support@trainity.io within 30 days. We review each case individually and may issue a refund at our discretion.
Consumer right of withdrawal (EU)
By starting a course or downloading course materials, you expressly agree that performance of the service begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.
